Same was true of the shirt that makes dino jaws when you put the arms together just so. Or the asian influenced dressed with the button on the side of the top and ruffles down the side of the bottom.
I have tried to buy many an item from zulily. I have yet to give them a dime. And I seem to be giving away dimes like they are free this holiday season. Jackals. I hate them.

ReplyDeleteI do not know who is going to read this as I am...(laughing) old...and I struggle around the internet...but I got suckered into the zulily site for the same reasons as you...how ever...who ever reads this I would appreciate it if you would get this where every body can read it.
ReplyDeleteWARNING!!!!!! on a small piece of paper I think is a future coupon...has a disclaimer that reads:
To our California Customers, in accordance with proposition 65, we issue the following warning: Use of this product will expose you to lead and/or cadmium, chemicals known to the state of California to cause birth defects, and other reproductive harm.
that is the exact wording as on my coupon/receipt...I read it several days later after I had tried on the two black leotards I had purchased. It does not say be sure and wash them first and that they would then be safe....I washed them anyway and to my horror they smelled worse than before I washed them. I have now put the through several washes but the chemical smell remains. pay attention....they are selling products made from non-natural fibers. It's probably some form of p.v.c. which I think polyester is made of plastic. but I think we as consumers should have had the disclaimer before purchase not after...I also believe the reason we get such great deals is that it is not an American company but is a local factory in china and they are being sent to us direct from what ever warehouse they are running this horrible business out of...thank you to who ever reads this and gets it out in a blog that more people might be able to read and save their lives and their money...
