Happy Easter!

I love spring.  I love fun springy dresses and twirly skirts and sunshine.  I am in such a good mood!

Hey, look!  Isn't that adorable?  Awww, I can see it on my daughter now.  It is a little dark for spring, but it is so poofy and sweet.

That is odd.  I click on it and find nothing even remotely like it.  Oh, I feel like this has happened before. It was a dark time, I try not to remember.  Birds!  I  hear birds singing outside my window.  I love Spring!

Hey, look!  Isn't that adorable?  Awww, I can see it on my daughter now.  It is just the right blend of big girl and little girl.  She will simply love it!

Stay positive, stay positive.  'Stock added'!  'New today'!  That has to be good, right?  It is like my own little Easter Egg hunt.  Spotting something across the grass...skip happily over to find a perfect little egg, only to find there is nothing in it.

OMG.  I feel like I am some strange house of mirrors.  This is a waste land.

Hold the phone.  This thing isn't even cute.  Or a dress.  It is a black and white bozo the clown suit.  No one would ever think that is cute, never mind getting any self respecting 5 year old to put it on with that bow.

Seriously?  ALL GONE?!  You are the suckiest Easter Bunny ever, and now I really, really want Hasenpfeffer.

The Summer Clothes are Here!

Aren't they sweet?  I love a good nautical theme.  It smacks of Hyannis and Black Dog, the sound of the sails coming about, and adorable top siders.  I just can't get enough!


Well, technically speaking, I can't get any.  I mean, "New Today" just means a new bait and switch, followed closely by new wrath.

It is like they are after me.

I am at a loss.  I don't even know what to say.

It is like they know about me.

Clearly, they aren't selling anything.  They are just taunting me.  Assholes.

Because nothing is as cliche in blogging as a 'Wordless Wednesday'.  Well, except maybe 'Thankful Thursday', but I have limits.

The zulily ad that turned me on to them was the dinosaur.  Such a cute picture, of a cute kid, wearing a fun shirt.

b) WANT to buy one in every print, because they are so cute, but couldn't because zulily sucks?

Festive Frocks my ass

Have you seen the zulily ad with the freaking adorable mexican looking christmas dress for kids?  It is adorable.  I want it.  My crazy, capitalist American self is under the impression that I can click on the ad and buy the dress.

No.

No 'out of stock'.

No 'item selected is no longer available'.

And certainly no 'add to cart'.

Same was true of the shirt that makes dino jaws when you put the arms together just so.  Or the asian influenced dressed with the button on the side of the top and ruffles down the side of the bottom.

I have tried to buy many an item from zulily.  I have yet to give them a dime.  And I seem to be giving away dimes like they are free this holiday season.  Jackals.  I hate them.
